Estate Cleaners Leicester – E.C.L is a family business having been started by Frank Olley and his son David in 1973. The present day partners along with Frank and David are Owen Olley and Tania Scrivens (David’s son and daughter).

Initially set up as a cleaning company, hiring pedestrian road sweepers, they moved into event cleaning in 1976, when asked by Freddie Bannister if they would be interested in the site cleaning for the Rolling Stones concert at Knebworth House.

This they did, making many mistakes but they learnt very quickly. So much so that they are now one of  the longest, if not the longest established company cleaning festivals and sites in Britain today.

Amongst their long list of varied jobs are music festivals, concerts, flower shows, motor racing, horse racing, international football and rugby matches, stadium concerts, rowing/sailing galas, and stately home events.

Alongside this nature of the business, they continue to offer new build cleans, cleaning services to industry, contract cleaning services to event orientated sites, contract cleaning services to local authorities & pressure washing.
